A habit is a habit if you have been a smoker for 3 months or 30 years, it does not make a difference. Time is a concept of the conscious mind and habits are of the subconscious mind. Hypnosis can help you achieve your goals, be it stop smoking, stop bingeing, conquer your fears, sleep better, improve self-esteem, or what you specifically want to address.
